Everything we do, from our care to our fundraising, is focused on making sure we can support people and families, across Teesside, who have been affected by a terminal illness.
For 38 years we have been supporting people with a terminal illness, to live as well as possible, for as long as possible.
We are as determined as ever to make sure that nobody in Teesside dies scared, alone or in pain.
The past year has been filled with exciting new developments and we are focused more than ever on responding to the needs of even more people in our local community.
None of this work would be possible without the incredible support of the local community: volunteers, businesses, individuals, community groups, local health organisations and partners, and the local Clinical Commissioning Group.
We are very proud of our achievements during the year. There is much more that needs to be done and the coming year will be a busy one for all of Team Teesside.
Thank you for your continued support.
