Sylvia O'Neill has been supporting Teesside Hospice through the lottery since October 1996. 26 years!

She worked at Barclaycard and got involved with the hospice in 1982 when the fundraising for the hospice began. She raised money selling scratch cards and also organised a big fundraiser at North Ormesby institute all of Barclay card got involved, they raised over £3,000 and bought the first bath lift for the hospice with money raised. She received a certificate from Princess Diana when the new Day Care Centre opened.

When we spoke to Sylvia she said: "I've won before, so i feel guilty winning again!". But after 26 years of dedicated support, another win was always going to be around the corner.

Sylvia will be spending her winnings on a couple of other charities, but she has donated £200 back to Teesside Hospice. She has 5 grandchildren that she will spoil with the rest of the money.
