This summer, let's keep our loved ones Forever in our Hearts.

Just like the knitted hearts used by patients and their families, let’s fill Teesside with hearts full of love.

For a suggested donation of £29.57 you can order a locally made steel heart in memory of a loved one. £29.57 could cover the cost of a specialist nurse to hold a patient and their families hands during their last hour together.  

Each locally-crafted heart will be engraved with your dedication and our appeal message of: "If there ever comes a day when we can't be together, keep me in your heart and I'll stay there forever." 

The forever in our hearts appeal is a special way to celebrate the life of a love done with a lasting tribute. By donating £29.57 you will receive a beautiful steel heart, locally handmade in Middlesbrough by Steel Benders UK. 

Every person who dedicates a heart will be invited to our special launch event, During this you will be able to collect your personalised hearts and attach them to the handmade hospice Heart sculpture placed in the beautiful walled gardens at Wynyard Hall. 

This promises to be a special event and we hope being part of this appeal visiting our heart sculpture will offer a moment of calm, comfort, and reflection this summer. We would like everyone to help fill Teesside hospice’s heart with messages of love.

The installation will be in place from Saturday 13th July to Monday 12th August. You can still purchase a heart, which can take up to 5 days for production, then you can arrive at Wynyard Walled Gardens to your dedication for you to place on the heart installation yourself.

Your participation will help create a touching tribute that resonates with the love and appreciation we hold for those who are no longer with us. Together, we can create a lasting legacy of remembrance and spread love across Teesside.
