Our team heard updates from our fundraising department, CEO Mike Thornicroft and social worker Julie Fletcher, before finishing the day with a visit from Chrissy at Green Seas Yoga, who shared some useful mindfulness techniques.
And we even enjoyed ice creams and garden games in the sun!

As a patient of our Lymphoedema Clinic, Kevin has been given guidance and advice for managing his condition – and has seen great results. Since being referred to our team and following the regime set, he’s found reduced swelling, no tightness and heaviness in his legs, and softer skin.
We’re so lucky to be supported by amazing volunteers over the festive season, who help us provide care, offer a friendly welcome for visitors, and much more. This includes Dawn, who has been volunteering with Teesside Hospice for 4 years and gives up her time on Christmas Day to help patients and visitors feel as special as possible.
