Mathew’s event was an amazing success, with the team needing to add chairs from another room to accommodate all of the people who supported the event! Over the course of the evening, a huge £838.50 was raised, taking the total amount that BSL has fundraised for Teesside Hospice this year up to £2,900!

We have appointed a new Corporate Partnerships Manager to take care of corporate development, as we aim to reach ever-growing demand for our services.
As a patient of our Lymphoedema Clinic, Kevin has been given guidance and advice for managing his condition – and has seen great results. Since being referred to our team and following the regime set, he’s found reduced swelling, no tightness and heaviness in his legs, and softer skin.
We’re so lucky to be supported by amazing volunteers over the festive season, who help us provide care, offer a friendly welcome for visitors, and much more. This includes Dawn, who has been volunteering with Teesside Hospice for 4 years and gives up her time on Christmas Day to help patients and visitors feel as special as possible.
