Supporter Care Officer
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Will consider flexible working)

At Teesside Hospice, every donation, fundraising event and act of support helps us provide vital care and support to local people and their families when they need it most. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Supporter Care Officer to play a key role in ensuring everyone who supports our work feels valued, appreciated and connected to our cause. Working at the heart of our Income Generation team, you will help create exceptional experiences for donors, fundraisers, lottery players and supporters, building lasting relationships that inspire continued support for the hospice.
As our Supporter Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many of our supporters, providing excellent customer service, coordinating donation acknowledgements, maintaining accurate supporter records and supporting tailored communications. You will also oversee the day-to-day administration of our charity lottery and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure every interaction reflects our values of being accountable, trustworthy, principled, skilled and compassionate.
