Partnerships Manager

 

Location: Middlesbrough / Hybrid
Hours: 37.5 hours Full time (flexible and part time will be considered)
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000
Reports to: Director of Income Generation
Driving Requirement: Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Teesside Hospice provides dignity, comfort, and expert care to people affected by terminal illness across Teesside. For over 40 years, our compassionate team has been making a real difference — and we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us grow sustainable corporate support.

 

As our Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead the way in developing and delivering a bold and effective Corporate Partnerships Strategy that will help us secure sustainable income for the future.

 

You’ll build strong, strategic relationships with businesses across the Teesside region, create inspiring partnership opportunities, and deliver engaging corporate events and campaigns that make a tangible difference to the patients and families we care for.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our corporate fundraising, working with an experienced Director of Income Generation and as part of our supportive fundraising management team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a corporate partnerships business plan to drive income growth.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new corporate partners with tailored proposals.
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships with excellent stewardship and impact reporting.
  • Represent Teesside Hospice at networking and corporate events.
  • Oversee volunteers involved in corporate fundraising.
  • Track performance, KPIs, and ROI, identifying opportunities for growth.

About You

  • Proven experience in corporate fundraising or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to balance strategic and hands-on work.
  • Experience managing volunteers and partnerships.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
