Lead Surveyor (Lease negotiations)
Hours: 7.5 hours per week (1 day a week)
Contract: Temporary for 6 months
Salary: £63,700 per annum full-time equivalent (£12,740 pro rata per annum)

Location: Hybrid and covering Tees Valley and Durham areas.
We are seeking a FRICS registered surveyor to lead on lease negotiations – new, renewals, terminations, dilapidations – The employment is offered on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. There is no guarantee of extension, although this may be considered depending on organisational requirements.
This role will work across the recently merged Teesside and Butterwick Hospices, reporting to our Group Director of Resources, taking responsibility for leases at 20+ properties used for retail and clinical care across Durham and the Tees Valley.
You will have significant experience of negotiating leases, preferably for a charity, and be an excellent communicator.
