Teesside Hospice is recruiting a Director of People and Governance to replace our outgoing postholder.

 

The role is responsible for HR and volunteering activities that take place within the hospice, alongside being the lead officer for data protection and hospice governance.

 

We are looking for a qualified and highly experienced HR professional, who has experience of leading an HR function. Ideally the individual will have a deep understanding of data protection and hospice governance, alongside volunteer leadership, but training can be provided if this knowledge/experience needs to be developed.
