Deputy Superstore Manager (2 posts available)
Hours: 30 hours per week (Flexible working will be considered) (Include weekend working)
Salary: £24,751-£26,700 FTE (Subject to ongoing pay review)

The Deputy Manager roles, along with the Stock handling and logistics manager role, will all form part of the team in supporting the Superstore Manager in the day-to-day store operations, along with, any tasks allocated by the Superstore Manager, including team management of workforce in the area of the store they are allocated, and take full responsibility for the store as and when in the duty manager role. The key objective is to increase income generation within the store in addition to ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided. This is a pivotal role in ensuring income generation and customer service excellence is achieved and maintained.
The Deputy Manager will undertake a team proactive approach to all aspects of the department’s service and immediately identify any potential risks and issues which will jeopardise income generation. All activities relating to operating an effective service will be delivered in an effective and seamless manner providing an excellent customer experience.
To deliver sales/profit targets through the effective management and motivation of the shop team, including volunteers. They will exceed customer expectations by providing the highest quality service.
To deliver on an agreed set of commercial and development objectives with the Superstore Manager.
