Do you have a desire to see crucial health services reach more people and support them where they live?

Do you want to see your creative ideas grow into services that meet the needs of people with life limiting illnesses, or experiencing bereavement and their carers?

Teesside Hospice, a highly regarded organisation that operates across South Tees, Cleveland and North Yorkshire is seeking a Director of Clinical Development reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Director of Nursing and Quality. Our Clinical Team currently provide hospice care for people in the onsite In-Patient Unit, our Lymphoedema clinic, Wellbeing and Bereavement Support hubs. We’d like to find ways to take these services into our community to be delivered nearer to where our beneficiaries live.

We require an individual who is ambitious to see services meet the needs of our community, with the experience of scoping and developing new initiatives and turning them into meaningful provision.

We’re looking for someone with experience of developing/commissioning health and/or social care services, alongside strong influencing skills.

We can offer a competitive salary, generous benefits, flexible working and a commitment to your personal development.
