Location: Teesside Hospice, 1 Northgate Road, Linthorpe

We are currently seeking a Health Care Assistant to work on a Bank Contract in our In Patient Unit.

The primary focus of the role will be to work within the framework of the multidisciplinary team, assisting them to provide palliative nursing care for patients under the direction of a registered nurse.

The ideal candidate will have experience of caring for patients within a similar setting as well as providing support to their families.
