We are currently seeking an Internal Audit and Control Supervisor to work with our Finance Team to support compliance with all Teesside Hospice policies and procedures. This will be achieved through evaluating the effectiveness of the governance, risk management and control systems in place currently. The Internal Audit and Control Supervisor will undertake regular checks of process and management practice and will analyse records, reports and financial statements to ascertain that adequate internal controls are in place to mitigate identified risks. Where weaknesses are identified, the post holder will advise on additional measures to be put in place to ensure the protection of Teesside Hospice’s assets, funds and reputation whilst maintaining/improving compliance with legislation, donor requirements and internal policy.
