Victoria Blunsdon - Trustee

Vicky is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with over 24 years of experience working in the public sector, both for the Local Authority and the NHS. She has expertise and experience in Finance inc Efficiency, Strategic Planning, Tendering, Business Development, Quality Improvement and Change Management.

Vicky is currently the Associate Director of Operations for Improvement and Efficiency at County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, and manages the Programme Management Office (PMO).

Vicky ensures that the Trust has a continuous ‘forward look’ both in creating a challenging but achievable business planning and development strategy, alongside leading a talented and committed team to support implementation of the Trust’s Improvement Programme underpinning the annual operational plan. She also contributes to the delivery of a trust wide programme of training to support the development of knowledge, skills and expertise in improvement tools and techniques.
