Paul Holmes - Director of Clinical Development

Paul joined Teesside Hospice in 2025, having recently relocated from Leeds.

Paul has been a strategy and transformation professional for 15 years, delivering major projects and programmes in London, post-earthquake Christchurch (New Zealand) and for the British Library. More recently he led the development of key strategies for NHS Blood and Transplant.

Away from work, Paul enjoys getting out into the Cleveland Hills with his young family and dog.
