Gary Gray - Group Head of Counselling

Gary is responsible for the delivery of specialist counselling support services for Children, Young People, and Adults across Teesside Hospice and Butterwick Hospice. The work of Gary and his teams ensures that individuals and families facing grief, and emotional challenges receive compassionate support tailored to their needs.

Alongside his role in counselling, Gary brings extensive expertise in safeguarding, having held senior safeguarding roles across a wide range of organisations. His experience underpins his role as our Hospice’s Safeguarding Lead.
