Making a Complaint at Teesside Hospice

 

At Teesside Hospice we strive to provide the best service to our patients, their carers, our donors and our supporters. If we do not meet your expectations, please let us know so we can make amends, if possible and improve our services.

There are a number of ways you can complain.

In your complaint, please try to provide as much detail as possible so we can investigate thoroughly. 

If you require help in completing the form, please contact the HR/People Team via HRenquires@teessidehospice.co.uk. You can also ask third party organisations like the Citizens Advice, the Patients Association or the Care Quality Commission to help you.

You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 3 working days of submission.
