There are many ways you can donate a major gift to support Teesside Hospice and the care we provide to local people. You can sponsor a nurse for a year, fund a full day’s care at the hospice or pay for a patient’s transport for six months (to only name a few!).

Fund a full day’s care

£5,500 needs to be raised to fund a full day’s care at Teesside Hospice. This means we can care for 10 patients on our Inpatient Unit, have 16 patients attend our Day Hospice, provide counselling for patients’ families and children, offer a 24-hour telephone advice line and run outpatient clinics. In one day you would be helping so many people who need our support, making a major difference to their lives.

Pay for our patients’ transport to and from the hospice for six months

£2,100 will pay for our patients to be transported to and from the hospice for 6 months in our ambulance. Supporters choose to give this major gift as providing transport allows our patients and their families to have one less worry in what can be a very confusing and chaotic time.
