Frequently asked questions about donations

You will receive a confirmation email from us thanking you for your donation and that it has been received. You should also receive an email from our payment provider, Cardsave/Worldpay, with a unique payment reference number.

Please remember to check your spam/junk folder if it does not come through to your inbox. If it does not come through at all, please call 01642 811145 for assistance.

Gift Aid is a HMRC scheme which allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 that you donate. It is a simple way to help us raise even more funds at no extra cost to you, visit our Gift Aid explained page to find out more.

You can become a regular giver and choose an amount to donate each month to Teesside Hospice via direct debit. You can set it up here.
