Are you ready to get fit, have fun, and support a great cause? This February, Teesside Hospice invites you to take part in our Fit in Feb Challenge - 28 workouts in 28 days, a month-long fitness challenge designed to boost your health and raise vital funds for those living with a terminal illness in Teesside.
We are challenging people from all fitness levels, from beginners to sports enthusiasts, to complete daily fitness challenges throughout the month of February this year. When signing up you’ll receive your free fundraising pack and weekly cheeky ins and support from our fundraising team. Plus, our first 50 participants to reach £150 in their sponsorship will receive a prize for their efforts!
We'll be working with a variety of local gyms and fitness groups in Teesside such as Puregym, Everyone Active and The Stirland Approach Pilates to provide our participants with some gym passes and other goodies throughout the challenge, so keep your eyes peeled!
