28 Workouts in 28 Days, are you up for it?

 

Are you ready to get fit, have fun, and support a great cause? This February, Teesside Hospice invites you to take part in our Fit in Feb Challenge - 28 workouts in 28 days, a month-long fitness challenge designed to boost your health and raise vital funds for those living with a terminal illness in Teesside.

We are challenging people from all fitness levels, from beginners to sports enthusiasts, to complete daily fitness challenges throughout the month of February this year. When signing up you’ll receive your free fundraising pack and weekly check ins and support from our fundraising team. Plus, our first 50 participants to reach £150 in their sponsorship will receive a prize for their efforts!

We'll be working with a variety of local gyms and fitness groups in Teesside such as Puregym and Everyone Active to provide our participants with some gym passes and other goodies throughout the challenge, here's an overview of what you can expect throughout the month:

Everyone Active
All Fit in Feb participants can enjoy a FREE day pass at Everyone Active leisure centres.

Phil Bulmer Physiotherapy
£10 off a 1-hour physiotherapy session (usually £60) throughout February.
Locations:
SRC Sports Centre, Billingham (Weds afternoons & evenings)
Duke Street, Darlington (Tues evenings, Weds mornings, Thursdays all day)
Book by messaging via Instagram, Facebook or mobile, just quote Teesside Hospice when booking.

Padel Up Teesside
Free Padel Up session, with exclusive use of a court for 2 hours on Friday 27th February  (8–10am) for those signed up to the challenge - places are limited and will be allocated time slots on the court. 

DML Sports Therapy
DML Sports Therapy will be supporting participants during the Padel Up collaboration event, helping with recovery advice and wellbeing support.

Running Late Saltburn
Running Late Saltburn is a supportive, social running community. All info can be found on their Instagram page.

Sports Massage by Nacho Gonzalez
20% off sports massage treatments throughout Feb - bookings can be made through Instagram or Facebook.
 
Parkrun
We’re proud to be working with our local Parkruns, who will be helping promote Fit in Feb and supporting our presence on Parkrun Saturdays. Parkrun is a fantastic, inclusive way to complete one of your weekly workouts, whether you run, jog or walk.
