Will you walk across hot coals for the hospice?

Are you looking for a bit of thrill? Are you ready for our first ever firewalk.

Why not show your support by doing a firewalk. A once in a lifetime experience. The firewalk will include you walking across 1200 degree Fahrenheit burning hot red embers.

You will receive an online information and safety briefing from the organiser before taking part, then outside the Hospice you will go one by one across fire.

Register to take part today!

What social distancing measures will be in place?

To make sure this is a safe event and that it can still go ahead under government guidelines, we have made some simple changes.

We hope that members of your household will be able to attend and support you, however due to the changes in restrictions this will be reviewed prior to the event.

But don't worry, the event will be live streamed so everyone can take part and watch you brave your soles.

The training and information will be sent to you prior to the walk and will take place online. This will need to be completed before the event for you to take part.

All attendees will be required to adhere to social distancing and stay at least 1 meter apart. Anyone with Covid-19 symptoms must not attend the event.

Once you have registered, it is time to fundraise!

We can support you along the way with help setting up your online fundraising page, and some tips to boost your fundraising!

By taking part in the firewalk you will be supporting local people and their families affected by a terminal illness. Thank you.

Each walker must be aged 12 years or over on the day of the event and those aged 17 or under need to be accompanied by an adult – this person does not need to be registered or take part in the firewalk.

Minimum sponsorship option-  £25 deposit to secure your place and you commit to raising £100 in sponsorship.
