We are challenging people from all fitness levels, from beginners to sports enthusiasts, to complete 31 miles throughout May - however you like, wherever you are. Simply sign up and run, jog, walk or wheel a total of 31 miles throughout May to take part.
Whether you get out and about in the fresh air, tackle the treadmill, cycle to the school run or walk the dog - however you complete your miles, you’re helping people across Teesside living with terminal illnesses to live as well as possible, for as long as possible.

Join our Strava & Facebook groups to track your progress, share your successes and receive tips and support from fellow participants. Once you’ve signed up to the challenge, our events fundraiser will be in touch to invite you to the groups and support you throughout the month.
Plus, you’ll also receive your fundraising pack including a challenge sheet to keep you accountable this May!
Once you’ve set up your Just Giving page, we’ll send out your FREE goodies, and we’ll be working with local running clubs over the month to get you involved in Teesside’s best fitness activities!
