Ways of Giving

Please remember to ‘Gift Aid’ your donation if you are a UK tax payer as Teesside Hospice will receive money back from the Inland Revenue at no extra cost to yourself. Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, we get an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation go further. In order for your donation to qualify under the Gift Aid scheme you must ensure that you pay an amount of tax, in a year, equal or greater than the amount of tax that the charity will be able to reclaim on your donation.

Donate through your company

There are a variety of ways in which your organisation can get involved with the Hospice by joining our Partnership Initiative, or for those smaller organisations by joining our Friends Scheme.

Donate through your pay

Quite simply, 'Give As You Earn' is an easy and tax effective way of supporting Teesside Hospice direct from your salary. Anyone can join the scheme if their pay or pension is taxed through PAYE and their employer. Many employers choose to match their employee's gifts making the donations go even further. Our fundraisers would be happy to come to your organisation to give a talk to staff about the benefits of payroll giving. For further information call the Hospice on 01642 355866.

Remember the Hospice in your will
